Hi, I'm Leon Felix, or alternatively, Bramble.
My human body is transmasc, but I'm also genderqueer in the sense that a feline has no concept of gender and thus does whatever the fuck it wants.
My pronouns: he/him, they/them, it/its, fel/feli/felis/feliself.
Preferred gendered language when you're referring to me: "dude," "guy," "mister," etc.
I'm also an omega miscefelis, a type of A/B/O fanfic trope based lifestyler.
I love the ideals of the genres solarpunk and hopepunk.
I'm an adult; 29-years-old.
Mastodon / BlueSky / Reddit / FurAffinity / Ao3 / ToyHouse / ArtFight.
I'm voidpunk, and realmpunk, both of which aren't necessarily under the alterhuman umbrella, but I count them as such for myself for those reasons plus the fact that I'm neurodivergent (autism) for the former. I'm also beastpunk and ontopunk.
I am some strange kind of polymorph-slash-shapeshifter; technically a concothere (human in physical body, but not in any way else).
The following list is everything most concrete and consistent about my identity, but countless other things come-and-go constantly.
- All extant and extinct Felidae species, as well as genetically possible hybrids therein. Feels like I was born with at least something catlike in my soul. All fictional (feline pokémon, for example) and mythical cats, including partial ones like gryphons (though rarely), sphinxes, or sapient feline-people such as cat-centaurs (felitaurs) or Khajiit, for some examples. And lastly, I am a feline werecreature.
- Water-hearted: natural bodies of water, oceanwater + brackish water + freshwater, plus rainwater, stemming from my early childhood and Moon-hearted: I am appreciative of and connected with the Moon itself. I also respect the Sun, since moonlight is just sunlight bouncing off the Moon, but it's not as intrinsic to me.
I'm a solitary eclectic witch-slash-druid + pagan polytheist + ancestor worshiper / paleoworshiper / animist.
There are many other deities I reach out to or at least learn about, but these listed below are the ones I look to most personally.
- Kemeticism (Sekhmet devotee); rooted in this foremost. I worship all the Netjeru simultaneously, but am closest with Sekhmet.
- Norse-pol (Freyja; Loki's family, especially Fenrir).
- Helpol (Ares, Hekate, Medusa, Hera, Selene, Nyx, Dionysos).
My self-chosen ancient Egyptian religious name is Sewadjtu (meaning "he who is caused to flourish"), which I see as accurate because my deities do help me improve in taking care of myself so much.
I am the host of our soulbonder Harmonious System, and I am a daemian whose daemons are named Bryoria and Lunaria. The kind of creature Bry/Luna are originates from the His Dark Materials and Book of Dust novels by Philip Pullman. Like all of their kind from Pullman's works, they are humanly sapient shapeshifters.
Bry and Luna are both my spiritual companions (this is what they primarily are) as representations of my soul, as well as partially deliberately cultivated thoughtform headmates, permanent residents in our mindspace, since it's their brain too. They don't quite ever front, closest is something like co-fronting. I mentally project them onto the physical world around me most of the time.
- Primary name comes from a genus of lichenized fungi (pronounced "BRY-or-EE-ah"). We thought it sounds pretty and unique, so it has stuck to this day. Derived nickname is Bry.
- He has a religious name, Benerib, meaning sweet of heart (pronounced "beh-nair-EEB") in ancient Egyptian.
Bry goes by the pronouns he/they or the neopronouns mutt/mutts/muttself. Identifies as agender. He is animal-hearted with all Canis latrans species. He loves any shade of green and has a habit of wearing scarves and other accessories in hues of that color. His masc pitch soft-spoken voice, when most vividly heard in my mindspace, sounds a lot like James from Pokémon's Team Rocket with much less melodramatic lilting, but it's still very gay, lol. Standard American accent.
His Coming-into-Existence-Day is June 8th, 2011 (the date that I first joined the TDF community). Functionally the same as a birthday. This date could possibly be even earlier, back to the release of The Golden Compass film on December 7th, 2007. I vaguely remember watching it in a movie theater, somewhere, while it was still available in them, and walking out alight with the idea of having my own version of Pantalaimon.
- Lunaria's name comes from a genus of flowering plants ("loo-NAR-ee-AH"). Derived nickname is Luna.
Goes by the pronouns she/her. Identifies as ???; fem-presenting. Her Coming-into-Existence-Day: September 12th, 2025. Standard American accent in a feminine contralto voice.
We have 3 separate-from-us 'bonds:
Saralee, nonhuman Luxray Pokémon OC (female, she/her, it/its). Daytripper, in-sourced soulbond. Never anthro nor gijinka. She is closer to sapience than our world's animals are, but it isn't in the same way humans are, like all pokémon. So you could claim she is "smarter" than an animal, but in the end, she is still driven by instincts, as they are. Doesn't speak like a human, communicates with me via feelings and concepts. Her Coming-into-Existence-Day: December 22nd, 2020. The concept of her as a character stems from the fact that every time I played Diamond and Platinum as a child (and still now in BDSP), I would catch a female shinx at the beginning of the game and nickname it Saralee, yes, after the brand of Sara Lee bread. I don't know why I chose that name; I just always did. Her move-set is Thunder Fang / Electro Ball / Hyper Beam / Superpower. Her nature is calm (favorite + disliked flavors: bitter and spicy, respectively). Ability is Rivalry.
Beethoven, nonhuman Saint Bernard (cismale, he/him). Permanent resident, in-sourced soulbond. Never anthro. He is based on a small, worn plush toy, based on the same dog breed, which I've owned since age 3-4. Named after the canine protagonist from the old series of family/comedy Beethoven films, which I adored as a child. Wears a pink leather collar (the IRL toy has had a pink scrunchie around its neck as a "collar" since I was a kid), with the addition of a bronze-colored metal tag (in the shape of a stylized cartoon bone) with his name on it. A warm, gentle, caring, loyal, big-brotherly type. Sticks to his people, doesn't feel the need to socialize with strangers much, but is polite with them when he needs to be. Has a mellow baritone masc voice with a standard American accent. Dislikes getting angry, but he is protective. Never fronts, prefers to be projected onto the physical world around me. His Coming-into-Existence-Day: May 25th, 2025. A purebred male working line Saint Bernard dog (longhaired; loose/long jowls).
Spite, nonhuman non-canon Marvel Comics symbiote (gender-neutral if describing zemself in human terms, zie/zem/zier/zemself). Daytripper, munbond. Shapeshifting sapient extraterrestrial. Sometimes "fronts" while zier around, in the sense of being integrated or co-fronting with me, similarly to how Venom melds with Eddie Brock in the MCU films. Looks kinda like a less beefy version of the infamous Venom, also less tall than him typically (Venom is depicted as 7–8 feet on average; Spite tends to be in the 6-foot range). Zier so dark red that zie are nearly black (most humans would call zem reddish-black at first glance), with lighter-red details like the color of zier "eyes." Has a growly, yet androgynous voice when zie choose to vocalize and-or speak in human languages." Zier Coming-into-Existence-Day: unknown, zie existed prior to meeting me. Claims to be only a few Earth centuries old.
